Lost Coast Bike Polo is a casual, community-run hardcourt bike polo club based in Humboldt County. Think horse polo, but on bikes, with friends, and way less expensive.

Common Q's

Not necessarily. We have a small fleet of loaner bikes you can borrow, especially while you’re just trying bike polo out. If you do have a bike, bring it and we’ll help you set it up.

Not at all. Most people start as total beginners. We’re set up for new players with simple drills and low-pressure games. You’re not “in the way” - you’re exactly who we’re excited to meet.

We take safety seriously. Helmets are recommended, and we’ll go over basic skills before we play. Start slow, go at your own pace, and you’ll be fine.

Regular Sunday sessions are currently free. Donations are welcome but never required. Our goal is to make bike polo accessible to anyone in Humboldt who wants to try.

We meet at the Manila Park tennis courts every dry Sunday. You can find us at 120 Hill St, Arcata, CA.
